DAY OF COORDINATING PACKAGE (Rehearsal, Ceremony & Reception)
The following services are provided from hire date through completion of the event
Services for the day of event coordinating will include but are not limited to:
2 personal consultations to discuss, style, design, guest count, etiquette and more
Assist in the preparation of a timeline for the event
Participate in the final walkthrough of the venue
Advise & Assist in creation of processional
Orchestrate and conduct a rehearsal 1 or 2 days prior to the event
Confirm all vendor reservations
Arrive at the venue at least 3 hours prior to event to ensure complete set-up
Assist in set-up of ceremony items such as decorations, programs, unity candles, etc…
Assist in set-up of reception items such as favors, place cards, toasting glasses, cake cutters, menu cards, cameras, candles, programs and more
Coordinate during the entire event to ensure accuracy of all details
Remain on site on wedding day until completion of event
Ensure all presents and personal set-up items are returned to the wedding couple

COMPLETE PLANNING PACKAGE
To include all of the above and the following services from hire date through completion of the event
Preliminary and Formal Consultations on budget, style, design, guest count, etiquette and more
Recommendations and Referrals to vendors (Complete vendor list will be provided)
Act as a liaison between the bridal couple and the vendors
Advise and assist with decision-making
Advise and assist with all stages of preparations
Prepare a layout of the grounds design if venue does not provide
Maintain communication with all vendors & apprise bridal couple on progress of plans
On site Coordination of rehearsal
On site Coordination for day of wedding
Manage all set-up on wedding day to ensure accuracy
